Binbrook Moving Inc. Terms & Conditions
This Moving Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Binbrook Moving Inc.
(“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”).
1. Payment Terms
Customer agrees to pay the total amount due for the moving services provided by Binbrook Moving Inc. at the
end of the moving day or upon completion of the job. Payment must be made in full before the Company’s crew
leaves the premises. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, debit, or other agreed-upon forms of
payment.
2. Legal Fees and Costs
If any legal action is taken to collect any outstanding debt arising from this Agreement, Customer agrees that
Binbrook Moving Inc. shall have the express right to recover reasonable attorney’s fees, interest, costs
(including court costs), expenses, and collection fees.
3. Damages and Liability
3.1. General Liability: Binbrook Moving Inc. provides coverage for general liability damage claims, which
include Customer’s property and belongings. While Binbrook Moving Inc. will exercise utmost care, damages
may occur occasionally. In the event of damage caused by our staff, Binbrook Moving Inc. reserves the right, at
its discretion, to either repair the item or process a damage claim as requested by the Customer.
3.2. Fragile Items: Fragile items, including but not limited to china, glass, clocks, glassware, lamps, mirrors,
pictures, artwork, flat panel televisions, or any other fragile articles not packed and unpacked by Binbrook
Moving Inc., will be moved solely at the owner’s risk.
3.3. Electronics and Appliances: Binbrook Moving Inc. is not responsible for the mechanical condition of
electronics and appliances, assuming liability only for items mishandled or visibly damaged by our staff.
3.4. Flooring: Binbrook Moving Inc. is not responsible for unprotected flooring. Customers are advised to take
necessary precautions to protect their floors.
3.5. Pre-Existing Conditions: If damage occurs due to an inherent weakness in a piece of furniture (e.g., defect,
prior repair, unstable construction), Binbrook Moving Inc. will not be liable for such damage.
3.6. Immediate Care: Binbrook Moving Inc. is only responsible for items in our immediate care during the
move.
3.7. Downtime: Any downtime, including but not limited to waiting for keys, waiting for service elevators, or
any other unforeseen circumstances, will be billed at the hourly rate specified on the invoice.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1. Customer must ensure that all items are properly packed and protected prior to the move.
4.2. Customer must be present or have a representative present at the moving location during the move to
oversee the process and sign the completion documents.
